You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

💰 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you

  • If approved, your refund will be processed

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days

❌ No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee on returns.

  • Items without original packaging

We do not classify any items as final sale. All products are eligible for return under the above conditions.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Share clear pictures or videos

  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund
